Hi, I’m Danielle — PMHNP-BC and Founder of Women in Bloom Wellness.
As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I’ve witnessed how easily women give everything to others — and how rarely they pause to nurture themselves.
Women in Bloom Wellness began as a gentle reminder: healing doesn’t have to be rushed or perfect. It can start with one mindful breath, one page of reflection, one quiet intention.
My approach blends clinical expertise with mindfulness, self-compassion, and therapeutic insight. Here, you’ll find guided journals, educational resources, and other mental health tools— all designed to nurture emotional awareness and holistic healing.
